Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Wo Jun (Shanghai) Industrial Co., Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality marine hydraulic systems, engine control components, and spare parts. Due to the industrial and customized nature of our products, returns and refunds are handled under specific conditions.

Please review the policy below carefully before placing an order.


Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted within 30 days from the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • No installation or modification must have been performed
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required

Products that have been installed, used in operation, or modified are not eligible for return unless confirmed defective.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized nature of marine equipment, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized hydraulic systems
  • Special-order HCU or proportional valve assemblies
  • Custom-configured pneumatic maneuvering systems
  • Electrical control modules
  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse

Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is received damaged or defective:

  1. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide photos and detailed description of the issue
  3. Our technical team will evaluate the claim

If the defect is confirmed to be manufacturing-related, we will offer:

  • Replacement parts
  • Product exchange
  • Or partial/full refund (case dependent)

Refund Process

Once returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days, depending on banking procedures.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or incorrectly supplied.

To request an exchange:

Do not return products without prior confirmation.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For high-value marine equipment, we recommend using trackable shipping and insurance

Return address will be provided upon approval.


Customized & Project-Based Orders

For project-based or custom-manufactured systems, returns are not accepted unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
